Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details

I accept returns or exchanges on items as long as I am contacted within seven days of receiving it and the item is shipped within fourteen days of receiving it. Item must still be in sell-able condition (no stains, tears, smells or glitter). I will refund payment or do an exchange, however buyer must pay all shipping fees.

If an item is custom made in your size or to your design it is non-refundable.

Shipping

For both US and international orders I do combined shipping on multiple items.

All US orders are shipped out priority mail with tracking numbers and insurance. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days, but is not guaranteed and during busier times of the year for the post office can take longer. At checkout you will have the option to upgrade to express mail and other shipping carriers. Keep in mind this does not include the processing time which can be 1-2 weeks or a month depending on the item. Please check the listing for the processing time of each item. Feel free to contact me prior to purchase with any delivery questions.

International orders have two options for shipping. Either USPS first class or USPS priority international shipping. They are both insured, but only priority has a tracking number. Most destinations it will take 6-10 business days to get there with priority shipping or up to a month with first class shipping. This does not include the time it takes me to make the item. Please check the listing for the processing time of the item. International buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees/VAT. I am not able to know in advance what these will be please be aware of your countries regulations. I can not change the price of the item or mark it as gift on the customs form so please do not ask me.

At this time I am unable to take on custom orders. I am happy to make adjustments to items I currently have for sale such as size, image, add a hood, etc. However, due to the amount of time it takes to process a complete custom order from start to finish, I am unable to commit.

If a custom listing is created for you for any reason please pay within seven days of listing. If payment is not received and there is no contact from buyer the listing will be removed and any agreements made for the listing are subject to change. If there is a problem and you can not pay within the seven days please feel free to contact me.
